Anyone, whether you are already signed up to a EGG Hypnobirthing course or not. Knowledge is POWER! Sit back in the comfort of your own home and enjoy this course. You can attend the course as a couple, have someone who would like to support your feeding  journey or join on your own - totally up to you!

Anytime in your pregnancy , ideally before your due date.
